About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Coffee Expert Trainer to join our team at Nestlé Sa. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that improve the skills and knowledge of our employees who interact with customers.

About The Position

You will report directly to the CRC Nespresso Operations Lead and work closely with the customer-facing teams to understand their educational and training needs. Your goal will be to develop responsive educational curricula and training programs that drive employee engagement and performance, ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assess Educational/Training Needs: Conduct focused assessments of educational/training needs within the specified customer-facing population.
  • Design Training Programs: Support in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating a variety of responsive educational curricula and training programs within defined fields of expertise.
  • Ambassador for Nespresso: Act as an ambassador and have specialized knowledge of Nespresso's products, services, and sustainability commitments.
  • Quality Service Verification: Verify quality of service to ensure customer retention and identify sales opportunities in outbound and inbound contacts.
  • Performance/Knowledge Gaps: Continuously develop deep knowledge, skills, and experience around coffee, products, services, processes, and machines, proactively identifying performance/knowledge gaps and appropriating the development plan.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University Degree: University degree or equivalent in commercial or business studies required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role mandatory.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Certifications in training are an asset & familiarity with different teaching methods and materials.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and proficiency in Portuguese & English required.
  • Other Requirements: Strong work ethic and respectfulness required, labor legislation knowledge is also necessary.

Salary: Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
