Customer Support Specialist, Russian Language Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Russian and Polish, with the ability to provide top-notch support to customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via phone and email in Russian and Polish languages
- Use company procedures to provide accurate and complete information
- Be the owner of customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response
- Build relationships with customers and provide courteous, friendly, and professional support
- Meet customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
- Create a seamless customer experience
- Follow management direction and provide feedback
