Job Description:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Russian and Polish, with the ability to provide top-notch support to customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via phone and email in Russian and Polish languages
  • Use company procedures to provide accurate and complete information
  • Be the owner of customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response
  • Build relationships with customers and provide courteous, friendly, and professional support
  • Meet customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Create a seamless customer experience
  • Follow management direction and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • B2 level of Russian and Polish languages
