Digital Content Specialist

Skeeled, a fast-growing company based in Luxembourg, is seeking a skilled Junior Content Manager to join our digital product team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and distributing high-quality content across our digital channels, including articles, case studies, and email campaigns. Your primary goal will be to enhance our brand's online presence and engage our audience with compelling visual marketing materials for social media platforms and events.
Main Responsibilities:
- Content Management & Creation: Develop and execute our overall content strategy, producing and distributing a diverse range of high-quality content. This will include articles, case studies, and email campaigns across our digital channels. Additionally, you will manage communication strategies for events and coordinate press releases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our design team and stakeholders to create compelling visual marketing materials for social media platforms and events.
- Social Media Management: Take ownership of our social media channels, including publishing, performance monitoring, reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Additional Responsibilities: Stay informed about the latest HR trends in Europe and Luxembourg, analyse competitors and conduct market studies, generate creative ideas and drive initiatives, create LinkedIn posts for our founders, implement internal newsletters, manage communication with clients and prospects, maintain an up-to-date contact list, and coordinate and manage webinars.
- Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Junior Content Manager with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. You should have first confirmed experience in a content-related role, be able to write high-quality, long-form content on complex topics, have a strong understanding of social media channels and community management, be proficient in Canva and Photoshop, and have basic knowledge of image editing software.
