Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for performing tasks in the sales administration area, registering, updating, and controlling sales operations. Your mission will be to ensure that processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid, and provide analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity.

Requirements:

  • Technical and Professional Studies on sales/finance or accounting administrative function with a High school diploma
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel
  • Language: English mandatory (Minimum: B1), Spanish nice to have (B1)
  • Experience proven on SAP or another billing tool
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while thinking objectively
  • Enjoy problem solving and can work independently but collaborative with others to accomplish a common goal
