About the Role

This Sales Associate position is an excellent chance to kick-start your career or gain valuable experience in sales and marketing. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing the portfolio of clients of worldwide brands, responding to customer inquiries, qualifying new leads, and more.

What We Offer

Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • A one-year fixed term contract, renewable every year
  • 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days a week) on a rotative schedule
  • Salary conditions: €1,350 gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), or €1,450 gross/month excluding accommodation
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
  • Airport pick up
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
  • Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities and social events organized by the company
  • Private health insurance included from the first day of contract
  • Compensation during training period if successful (1-4 days): 50% of hourly wages (lower taxes)

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Native Czech language proficiency and a good level of English
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Motivation and commitment to work
  • Team player attitude and willingness to work with many other nationalities
