Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. As an IT/OT Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and high-performing team, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT/OT areas in FEL Site and the FEL IT/OT infrastructure (servers, clients, etc);
  • Manage the existing communication platforms (Internet, cellular, and internal phone communications);
  • Ensure the central UPS system can sustain the IT/OT operation in case of any electrical shortage;
  • Keep a backup of all critical systems in the IT/OT areas, ensuring they are stored securely and accessible in case of any issue;
  • Guarantee that the FEL site complies with local/global regulations of all licenses;
  • Manage the wired and wireless network infrastructure, controlling traffic, and ensuring speed needs are fulfilled depending on site requirements;
  • Manage all printers and scanning devices, maintenance, consumables, spare parts, and reviewing the needs for acquiring more devices as the company grows;
  • Support all quality measurement systems/devices in FEL. Local IT/OT Quality System (procedures, instruction, and creation of IT RM documentation);
  • Manage user administration and rights;
  • Support ERP systems and manage other user applications;
  • Manage maintenance of IT/OT systems, IT/OT project portfolio, and suppliers of IT/OT technologies;
  • Create reports, instructions, and relevant documentation including IT/OT areas into current processes. Managing IT/OT related purchase orders documentation;
  • Forecast IT/OT related costs and follow up on spends and creating accruals;
  • Responsible for developing the technical and financial content of service provider contracts for IT/OT;
  • Development and management of GDPR regulations related to IT;
  • Responsible for complying with regulations for production in a clean room;
  • Responsible for tracking the OT/IT maintenance tasks and dealing with IT/OT related suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Create training plans and provide training for professionals and users with varying levels of IT/OT knowledge and competencies;
  • Represent FEL Site in the relevant global IT/OT forums;
  • Local responsible for maintaining the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001.
