Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Trendybrigade, Lda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and analyzing sales transactions, and building strong relationships with our B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Manage and analyze sales transactions to optimize revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (B2 level minimum)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of CRM, reporting, and dashboard tools
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
