Salary

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Digital Manager at Ferring, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our digital campaigns and content strategy across various channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives within the assigned therapeutic area.
  • Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and more.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Digital campaign implementation and management as well as omnichannel strategy and change management.
  • Developing and executing paid and organic social media campaigns to amplify brand messaging, foster community engagement, and drive lead generation efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of eight (8) years in digital marketing management/CRM experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least five (5) years of digital marketing experience.
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills with exceptionally high attention to quality of detail and proven track record of results and follow-up.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace including medical, regulatory, and clinical processes, preferably within diabetes.
  • Experience in working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
  • Experience in structuring programs that are relevant for global, regional, and local contexts.
  • Well organized, meticulous about the details, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • High standards of excellence and attention to detail.
  • Understanding users' behavior and being focused on customer experience.
