The role of Process Workstream Lead is crucial in driving good practice, sound decision-making, and quality within the workstream. As a strategic process manager, you will be responsible for major functional process areas, leveraging your expertise to standardize and adopt best practices, efficient operations, and innovative solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Challenging Unilabs to standardize and adopt out-of-the-box processes, considering the context of best practice and efficient operations;
  • Delivering initial engagement and fit-gap sessions through knowledge of the target process and solution;
  • Managing stakeholders to gain alignment and understanding of design challenges in order to deliver robust process solutions that are comprehensive against each business area;
  • Providing task management within the process team to ensure the team completes all deliverables as per the project plan;
  • Accountable for process team deliverables, including design requirements, functional design documents, business scenarios, SIT test scripts, support testing the solution in systems integration test, sign off SIT, and advising business on UAT sign off;
  • Working with Global Process Owners to identify and track KPIs for process areas;
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency within the process area;
  • Supporting GPOs to scope and evaluate change requests across existing environments;
  • Process optimization: identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation, implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, and utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar to drive continuous improvement;
  • Stakeholder collaboration: working closely with business areas (finance, procurement, IT, and other relevant departments) to ensure project alignment and integration, acting as the primary point of contact for process design issues and inquiries, collaborating with all teams to achieve project objectives, including 3rd party and support organizations;
  • Data analysis & reporting: developing and utilizing analytics and reporting tools to monitor process performance, generating regular reports on project status, process metrics, and improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analysis for process inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions;
  • Compliance & risk management: ensuring processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks associated with process changes and improvements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project and process documentation;
  • Training & support: providing training and support to team members and end-users on process-related tools and best practices.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial operations and best practices, as well as expertise in relevant modules of D365 (FO). You should have experience in functional and technical capabilities within the respective process domain, including D365, process improvement methodologies, and data analysis tools. Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with process automation tools are also essential.

A competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
