About This Role

This position requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in labor relations and strong communication skills. You will develop and implement a modern employee relations strategy that aligns with Nokia's goals and values. This includes opening constructive communication channels between management and unions, works councils, and other employee representatives, as well as promoting a culture of inclusion and psychological safety within the organization.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global industrial relations strategy.
