About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to drive customer adoption of predictive maintenance in the transportation industry. As a Fleet Maintenance Adoption Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their operations and identify areas where our solutions can add value.
Your Mission
You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to onboard and implement predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations. This will involve managing projects across multiple stages of the client lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing support and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage deeply with clients to understand their business needs and operational processes
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements and ensure successful implementation of predictive maintenance
- Provide ongoing support and optimization to ensure maximum value is extracted from our solutions
- Flag account risks and opportunities, monitor contract renewal dates, and accurately identify customer sentiment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation handbooks and knowledge base
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, delivering complex tech solutions
- Proven expertise in consulting on implementation, transformation, and change management for tech projects
- A combination of both operational (hands-on) and tactical mindset
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization, from senior management to technical level
- Strong proactivity mindset, persistent, hungry, self-driven, and self-directed mentality
- Organized and methodical with a high level of attention to detail
- Minimum C1 level in French (Must be able to work with French speaking customers)
- Fluency in English

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is €50,000-€70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
