Italian Customer Support Representative for Abbott Diabetes Care

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Sitel, working closely with Abbott Diabetes Care.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support to customers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first contact resolutions to customer queries regarding Freestyle Libre and other glucose meter devices.

As a key member of our team, you will offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication, provide information regarding purchasing procedures, orders' tracking, and deliveries.

You will build meaningful relationships with customers, answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have native or proficient level of Italian (C2) and intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written.

You will also possess strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail are essential for this role.

You will work in a multicultural environment and be willing to relocate to Portugal.
