">The Role
">We're seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
">Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute online marketing campaigns to boost our brand awareness and generate new leads.
">You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing & Sales to ensure alignment in campaigns and messaging.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to drive business growth">
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials">
- Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook">
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Facebook Business Suite and provide actionable insights for improvements">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you'll need:
">Credentials:
">- ">
- Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Management, or a related field">
- Initial experience in marketing and communications, as well as with common marketing tools">
- Familiarity with creating and managing advertising campaigns and using tools like Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics">
- Interest in the latest marketing trends and digital innovations, such as AI-powered campaigns">
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills">
