As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the installation of wind turbines, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, project requirements, and corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate installation activities and resources
Plan and manage personnel selection, assignment, and vacation planning
Promote quality and sustainability of services
Provide technical support during installation phase
Ensure health and safety at work
Monitor worked hours and compliance with laws and regulations
Maintain communication with installation teams and contractors
Report progress to management
Requirements
Education in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in team management and coordination
Knowledge of resource monitoring tools and MS Office
Driving license class B
Good knowledge of English
