The Ideal Candidate for Our America Revenue Team

We are looking for a skilled and driven individual to join our America Revenue team in Mexico City as a Partnerships Associate. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs.

As a Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for discovering potential brand and commercial partners, conducting outreach, negotiating agreements, and onboarding partners aligned with strategic objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure smooth communication, alignment on objectives, and effective issue resolution.
  • Create and execute influencer, referral, and UGC campaigns for the America region while working with internal teams to drive customer engagement and traffic to the website.
  • Track and analyze partnership, influencer, and referral program metrics, optimizing strategies and providing insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across Revenue, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and Product to align on goals, share data-driven insights, and ensure successful program execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maximize partnership and campaign impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and managing referral programs.
  • Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
