About Zendesk

Zendesk is the world's leading Customer Support Platform, growing its EMEA business at an incredible pace. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key team member driving new business and delivering on strategy for your region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM with the goal to qualify as many high-value opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Use excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell before passing it onto our AEs.
  • Show creativity and flourish in a Zen environment, finding new ways to work.
  • Be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics.
  • Be the face of the brand, 100% focused on building an outstanding customer experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Passion to kick-start or continue a career in consultative sales.
  • Experience in Sales a bonus but not essential if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • A 'Can Do' / 'Winner' attitude, with a hunger and self-starter commitment to overachieve and succeed.

 

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
