    About the Role:

Blu Selection is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business needs to propose adequate solutions and send them on the most appropriate Sales path.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with hundreds of businesses to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs.
  • Work towards individual targets, while being part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA.
  • Interact with customers primarily via outbound calls in a phone-based environment.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in German and fluent English.
  • High school degree.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Salary conditions from 23.876€ gross/year up to 25.330€ gross/year.
  • Sales bonus package from 3.407€ up to 4.470€ gross/year.
