Predictive Maintenance Adoption Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Predictive Maintenance Adoption Specialist to join our team at Stratio Automotive. As a key member of our Customer Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a partner and consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them in adopting predictive maintenance.
- Manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle, from initial deployment to ongoing adoption and optimization.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of each client organization and business, including their contracts, stakeholders, and fleet operations.
- Onboard and ramp up clients, driving adoption and ensuring they maximize the value from our solutions.
- Flag account risks, opportunities, and monitor contract renewal dates, while accurately identifying customer sentiment.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management or delivery.
- Experience in consulting, particularly in implementation, transformation, or change management projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and create rapport at all levels of the client organization.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to work with English-speaking customers.
