Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services, maintaining a database of customers, and developing strategies to consolidate and expand our customer base.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary: €27,000 gross/year
  • An attractive sales bonus package: up to €4,050 gross/year
  • A hybrid working model with 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • A permanent contract with opportunities for growth within the project

Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services
  2. Maintaining and updating a database of customers with complete information
  3. Consolidating and expanding our existing customer base while creating new opportunities
  4. Recording outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
  5. Ensuring customer follow-up and providing exemplary customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native proficiency in French and fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment with a broad team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
