Salesforce Enterprise Account Manager

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Enterprise Account Manager, you will engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and c-suite decision makers, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
  • Create account plans to retain and grow ACV with existing accounts, focusing on upsell and cross-sell
  • Uncover customers' current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals through customer discovery, use cases, and value hypotheses
  • Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions
  • Interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools
  • Continuously run toward results using available resources and tools
  • Align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success

Requirements

  • Strong technology sales experience (10-15 years) selling to cross-industry segments
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Spanish market
  • Successful history of managing Enterprise Accounts across industries such as financial services, insurance, energy, or telecommunications
  • A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Sales Methodology Education
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
