As a Global Employee Support Specialist at Diconium GmbH, you will be part of the People & Organization function to drive exceptional employee experiences.

The Role

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a team of 4+ individuals to deliver all employment-related documents for our workforce in Germany. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-point support for employees in Germany on HR-related matters, answering inquiries, and managing employee data
  • Preparing and creating documents such as employment contracts, reference letters, and certificates, ensuring correct formatting and accuracy of information
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee databases, complying with data protection regulations and legal requirements
  • Monitoring employee absences to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Validating and monitoring work permits and other certificates to meet legal requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration
  • Strong intercultural communication skills and fluency in English (German language skills are a plus)
  • Ability to work independently, handle competing priorities, and exercise judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with HCM Systems (Workday) is a plus
