**Job Title:** Researcher Kipt Colab Position in Portugal

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced researcher to join our team at KIPT's CoLAB. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing activities within planned Work Packages, preparing national and international applications, and participating in research tasks of various ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and management of activities within planned Work Packages;
- Preparation of national and international applications;
- Planning and coordination of research activities involved;
- Active participation in the scientific policy of CoLAB;
- Dissemination and communication of the projects involved;
- Participation in research tasks of various ongoing projects at CoLAB;
- Analysis and development of strategies and actions that actively contribute to digital transformation and monitoring of impacts on human resources;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- PhD degree in Tourism, Economics, or Management;
- Knowledge of the framework and functioning of CoLABs;
- Proven experience in research projects;
- Proven experience in developing and analyzing strategies and actions that actively contribute to digital transformation and monitoring of impacts on human resources;
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around 40,000 EUR per year, considering the location in Portugal and the industry standards.
