Job Description:

Are you passionate about social media and eager to learn more about regulation, digital freedom of speech, and internal controls? Do you enjoy reviewing content and classifying its typology? We are looking for a skilled Content Classification Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with policies
  • Classifying the typology of the content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
  • Ensuring user and brand safety

Requirements:
  • A native level of German and a good level of English
  • Keeping up to date with Social Media trends
  • Motivated and committed to your work
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience
  • Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)

Benefits:
  • Yearly or 6 months contract, renewable
  • Full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
