Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service to French-speaking customers, answering questions about orders, shipping, returns, products, and account management.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently, identifying and resolving issues with orders, payments, deliveries, or product information.
  • Guide customers through the online shopping process, helping them find products, understand promotions, and complete their purchases.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by offering personalized support and maintaining a professional, courteous tone.
  • Escalate cases that require further attention to the relevant teams or managers, ensuring that more complex problems are handled promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Located in or near Braga, Portugal, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement (2 days on-site, 3 days remote).
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry, with a strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English for internal communication with the team and other departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
