German and English Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
As a German-English Technical Support Representative, you will provide top-notch support to our customers, leveraging your technical expertise, language skills, and customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional experiences.
About the Role:
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to renewable energy systems, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your ability to read, write, and speak German and English will be invaluable in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel
• Assist customers with system installation and commissioning
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and live chat
• Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up until cases are resolved
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support and Team Lead as required
• Meet performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates
Requirements:
• Prior experience in Technical Support, Electronics, or electrical support
• Ability to read, write, and speak German and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a remote setting with a quiet in-home workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
