About the Role
As a Customer Advisor, you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with last-minute bookings mainly through live chat
- Using creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia
- Providing excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way
- Handling inquiries and providing timely responses and managing requests
- Ensuring that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs
- Contributing to creating brand engagement for our client

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high level of English (written and oral)
- Excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Loving to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
- Being proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player
- Availability to work night shifts
