About the RoleCzech Customer Advisor Team Member
As a Czech Customer Advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- First Contact Resolution: Providing timely and effective resolutions to customer queries via written and phone communication.
- Specialized Support: Offering expert support to customers through email, chat, or phone, with a focus on building meaningful relationships.
- Relationship Building: Answering customer inquiries in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, exceeding our customer service quality goals and compliance regulations.
- Quality and Productivity: Meeting productivity targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery, adhering to management direction and providing valuable feedback.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide specialized support to customers through various communication channels, including phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all necessary information is documented.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Native or Proficient Level of Czech (C2),
- Advanced English (at least C1) both verbal and written,
- Strong Communication Skills, with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with strong attention to detail.
- EU Citizenship or Valid Work Permit for Portugal.
