As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for transforming customers into digital bosses, helping them make informed decisions and providing expert guidance on various topics such as software, shipments, and more.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in Customer Support is a significant advantage, but not a requirement. Knowledge of online products and e-commerce is highly valued.
This role offers a competitive base salary between 28,000 - 32,000 gross per month, depending on your level of expertise. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
