About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat, resolving their technical and accounting issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver online demonstrations to customers, showcasing the functionality of our software solutions and addressing their individual IT challenges.
- Identify customer needs and forward requests to our sales department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.
Requirements
- University degree in economics or relevant vocational education, such as commercial or technical training.
- Native or near-native level of English is mandatory, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in an additional language, such as Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Czech, Nordics, Turkish, or Portuguese, is highly desirable.
- Windows/Mac user knowledge is a plus, with experience in customer service or sales a significant advantage.
- Determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people are vital for success in this position.
