Job Overview
Zendesk is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth across EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, qualifying high-value opportunities for Account Executives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, prioritizing high-value opportunities for Account Executives
• Utilize excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell before passing leads to Account Executives
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for driving new business growth
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and outcomes in our CRM

Requirements
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English
• Passion for consultative sales and a proven track record of success in sales environments
• Experience with CRM software and a willingness to learn our sales processes and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
