Siemens S.A. is seeking a highly skilled Workday Prism Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for discovering, analyzing, and solving PRISM & Reporting related issues in the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and realize improvements within Workday PRISM
  • Manage regular operations tasks to secure global system and process stability
  • Implement Change Requests based on Solution Designs
  • Support Proof-of-concepts (POCs)
  • Document activities according to the compliance framework
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years General Technical Experience across all Workday modules
  • 1+ Years Specific Technical Experience in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting
  • Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
  • Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and interfaces landscape
