Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our Global Account Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our Enterprise Global & Regional Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers via multi-channel communication.
  • Identify and optimize new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and contact skills.
  • Good PC skills and ability to work within our bespoke systems.
  • Demonstrates initiative, organization, and adaptability in a pressurized team environment.
