Customer Service Role in the Travel Industry

Teleperformance Portugal is seeking a skilled Customer Service For Travel Industry professional to join our team. This role involves interacting with clients' customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English (minimum B2 level). Previous call center experience in sales and/or customer service capacity is necessary. Strong web-based navigation skills and adaptability are also essential.
