Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Sales Professional to join our team at Nestlé Business Services. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support for the Nespresso brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide front office support for Nespresso customers via phone, email, or chat
- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Advise customers on Nespresso products and services
- Conduct initial analysis of machine malfunctions and guide customers to technical assistance
- Maximize sales of all available Nespresso products

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficiency in Portuguese
- Good communication and relational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
