Technical Support Professional

At Intapp, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our Client Success & Support team based in Lisbon. This role is ideal for individuals with enterprise software experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues.
We offer a competitive salary package of 85,000 USD per year, reflecting the demands of this position and the expertise required to excel in it.
This exciting opportunity includes:
- Investigating, triaging, and resolving tickets that flow into the help desk queue, applying appropriate troubleshooting methods and techniques in resolving problems, and documenting all actions taken;
- Assisting clients with questions regarding technical product and configuration issues, resolving technical product issues, updating ticket information, and communicating back to the client while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Preparing detailed specifications and steps to reproduce for items requiring escalation, such as product defects, identifying potential delays in resolution, taking corrective action, and managing communication to the client;
- Providing clear and concise verbal and written communications with client support contacts, developing and documenting efficient methods for handling commonly recurring issues, and providing feedback on potential areas for product development/enhancement;
