Sales Development Representative

In our rapidly growing sales team at Pipedrive, we're on a mission to support businesses with easy-to-use software. With over 100,000 companies trusting us and operations in 179 countries, we're looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to qualify inbound and outbound leads from our Lisbon office.
About the Role
- Perform discovery calls to gather essential information for Account Executives.
- Collect, validate, and document prospect data in Pipedrive.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify key prospects.
- Handle sales inquiries effectively and provide valuable insights to prospects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of qualified leads before forwarding them to the respective teams.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Competitive drive and proficiency in active listening.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
