**Job Title: Customer Success Manager, Lisbon Market Expansion**
**Estimated Salary:** €55,000 - €70,000 per year (depending on experience)
**Job Description:** We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our Global Scaled Customer Success organization, you'll be responsible for working nimbly across different sizes and segments of customers, delivering 1:1 engagements through comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations, facilitating 1:Many webinar events, and scaled campaigns.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work across a large cohort of different types of customers, providing consultation, demos, and standard processes on Zendesk product capabilities for quick wins.
- Develop a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and have the ability to demo them to customers who are early in their adoption journey and customers who have a long tenure with Zendesk.
- Leverage data and insights to shape your approach, inform your discovery, and bolster your recommendations.
- Help forecast and mitigate risk, ensuring growth, and drive customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience working in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience identifying business objectives and mapping solutions, in a thorough, compelling but crisp manner.
- Dynamic, agile, and nimble, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and German.

**About the Role:** This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires 3+ days in office per week. The specific in-office schedule will be determined by the hiring manager. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more.
