Transform Customer Service with Zendesk

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Communications Strategist for AI in Customer Experience to join our Global Communications Team, focusing on the UK market.

About the Role

This hybrid position combines strategic thinking with exceptional communication skills, requiring:

  • 5+ years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, or a related field
  • Native English speaker or business fluent
  • Previous experience working in the tech, CX, or SaaS industry

Key Responsibilities:

PR Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the global communications strategy, focusing on the UK market.

Media Relations and Content Creation

Build and maintain strong relationships with key UK media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage in top-tier publications. Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR content that communicate our brand messages effectively.

Event Management and Social Media Engagement

Organize and manage press interviews, media briefings, and other events to generate positive publicity. Collaborate with the social media team to amplify PR campaigns.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
