Selling Expert for Expense Management Solutions

We are Rydoo, Europe's leading fintech scale-up, dedicated to making expense management seamless and efficient.
Pursuing our mission to become the number one expense management tool in Europe, we're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to drive sales within their designated territory.
Responsibilities:- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities for Rydoo's solutions.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for their assigned territory, leveraging business development teams to fuel lead generation.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent over-achievement through personal productivity, email campaigns, market sector knowledge, and intelligence gathering.
- Collaborate with other account executives to enhance productivity across the territory.
- Engage with prospective clients to position Rydoo's solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, coordinating resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, and others as necessary.
- Achieve short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize revenue generation.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
We're looking for a seasoned sales hunter with 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS industry.
You should possess excellent social skills, be a dynamic presence, and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
A C1 level of English is required, with additional languages (C1 level) in German, Dutch, French, or Spanish being a plus.
