Role Summary

As a Service Desk Analyst at Capgemini, you will be part of a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects who collaborate to help leading companies unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, inclusive world.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst to integrate a project for one of our clients. Your primary goals will be to provide initial support, attempt to resolve incidents, and respond to customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for gathering relevant information, providing information and advice, and investigating, diagnosing, and resolving incidents within agreed-upon service level targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need at least a B2 level in English and be available to work in shifts. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage in exciting national and international projects, enjoy a supportive atmosphere, and participate in career growth programs.
