Senior Sales Expert With Zendesk

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales expert to join our team at Zendesk. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in achieving targets and a passion for Zendesk technology.
About the Role
This is a new team at Zendesk, and we are looking for founding members who will be part of a fast-growing area for our business. As a Digital Inside Sales Specialist, you will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to informed buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through various channels, primarily through chat and email.
- Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates.
- Become an expert on Zendesk products.
- Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions.
- Conduct discovery calls, provide demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity.
- You will also have a shared revenue target to contribute to.
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Will require working with clients/prospects across Zendesk's global market.
- 1+ years of sales experience, in the full sales cycle; software/SaaS experience preferred.
- Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and excel at tactical execution against a task.
- Availability to work at our Lisbon office 4 days a week.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
