Our platform has facilitated over one million nights of rentals, welcoming more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

The Role
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and implementing our financial reporting and planning capabilities. Your responsibilities will include creating a budgeting and forecasting structure, implementing a reporting and forecasting cadence, and coordinating efforts to produce financial information and analysis. Your contributions will directly impact business decisions by providing insights, establishing targets, and identifying action items. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and report directly to the Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine the financial reporting structure of management accounts.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Develop and refine financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance.
• Collaborate with the finance teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Support strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis and reporting.
• Identify trends and recommend actions for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to gather necessary data and provide financial insights.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a senior or specialist role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, ability to work independently and coordinate other team members.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
