We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence. This includes high targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and good communication skills. You will also need to be autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of cases. Additionally, you should be responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient.
