">The International Sharing School Taguspark, a renowned institution in Portugal, is seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team as an IB MYP/DP French and Portuguese teacher. ">Your Responsibilities:
">* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students in grades 6-10 and 11-12, utilizing innovative pedagogies and technologies.* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations that cater to diverse learning styles.* Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver interdisciplinary projects, promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student participation, autonomy, and agency.* Stay updated with curriculum developments, best practices, and research in language instruction, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for students.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">* Bachelor's degree in Education, Language Teaching, or a related field.* Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching languages, preferably in an international school setting.* Proven track record of success in delivering high-quality education, with a focus on student-centered learning and assessment.* Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.* Fluency in English, with excellent writing, reading, and speaking skills.* Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning, including learning management systems, educational software, and digital tools.* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
