Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Bosch Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in Finnish, while also working collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will handle customer inquiries in writing and by telephone in Finnish, supporting customers with their requests concerning digital topics such as vehicle apps.
  • You will provide comprehensive solutions to challenges with booked services in vehicles, serving as the first point of contact and presenting possible solutions to customers.
  • You will forward technical issues to the appropriate departments and communicate with specialist centers, advising customers on our existing digital product portfolio.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native-level proficiency in Finnish language skills, both written and spoken, combined with good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in customer service in the automotive sector, with quick perception and secure handling of common information technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
