Sales Growth Accelerator for Multinational Company

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Accelerator to join our team in Lisbon. As a representative of a multinational company, you will play a crucial role in amplifying B2B sales through social media.
About the RoleYour responsibilities will include advising and guiding small and medium-sized businesses to nurture their growth through email, phone, and chat support. You will also be responsible for acquiring new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies, as well as supporting and expanding self-services for clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications- You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (at least B2-C1).
- Sales are in your blood, or you have already experienced success in sales.
- Your communication skills are impactful and persuasive.
- You are passionate about social media and poised to translate that passion into results.
- Your motivation, reliability, and dedication set you apart.
- You are driven to achieve nothing short of excellence and exude professionalism.
Type of contract: A long-term contract with yearly renewal possibilities and potential for advancement based on performance.
Paid training to prepare you for your new career.
Flexible working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, running from 7 AM to 9 PM.
Salary conditions* – 2 options:
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1040 gross/month.
- Excluding accommodation: €1298 gross/month. You'll also receive private health insurance from the start of your contract, in addition to standard insurance.
*Approx. 20-25% tax – feel free to compare this with the cost of living in Lisbon compared to wages in other EU countries.
*During the training period, you can also expect compensation if successful (15 days): nearly fully paid.
