Customer Service Expert

At THE FORCE, we're building a team of experts who can deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and orders with ease, providing accurate information on stock availability, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, credit and debit memos, and returns
- Provide documentation for export and notifications of freight collection
- Ensure compliance with export regulations
- Support the sales team and administration of master data/statistics
- Maintain accurate records and databases for customer orders and inquiries
Requirements:
- Commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of export topics and GxP compliance
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
