At Zumub, we are seeking a seasoned Country Manager to spearhead our expansion in Spain. This strategic role demands a dynamic and experienced professional who can drive growth, sales, and overall market success.

Job Summary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term growth strategies, overseeing sales activities, and establishing strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones
- Supervise the launch of new products and work closely with marketing teams
- Monitor the market, analyze competition, and identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the Spanish market and sector trends
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Strong interest in Digital marketing channels/e-commerce and content production
- Positive, growth mindset, ability to learn, proactivity, and ambition
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset
