Job Title: Administrative Officer for Indirect Purchases

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer for Indirect Purchases to join our team at CEVA Logistics Ag. As an Administrative Officer for Indirect Purchases, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within your scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within your scope.
  • Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated.
  • Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified.
  • Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Key User support for CEVA internal platforms.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma with experience on sales/finance or accounting administrative functions.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position; experience within a shared service environment would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • SAP and procurement tools (will be a plus).
  • Language: Portuguese mandatory (Minimum: C1), German mandatory (Minimum: C1).
