About Global Services (GS)

Our team provides corporate support to various business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators, and specialists represents all levels, from Partner to entry-level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries.

What You'll Do

You'll be part of the HR Shared Services Centre Team, supporting HR Teams globally with administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle. As an HR Coordinator, you will work closely and directly with the Global HR Operations function team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee data within our HR system, ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards.
  • Support New Hire onboarding & BGV checking processes, sending out Induction plans and welcome emails.
  • Deliver audit support on personal files, forms, etc.
  • Assist with general employee requests, letters, verifications, reference checks, etc.
  • Generate reporting for employee distribution lists, new joiners, anniversaries, milestones, etc.
  • Keep track of employees' probationary periods and flag to the HR team to ensure geographic process are followed.
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on employee paperwork related to new hires, promotions, transfers, address changes, additional payments, status changes, and employee exits.
  • Manage and maintain the inbox dealing with employee queries and escalating to the correct team contact where necessary.
  • Cordinate with support functions for new hire laptops, accesses, payroll setups, etc.
  • Assist in developing and modifying operating policies, guidelines, procedures, systems, and documentation to foster best practices within the team.

Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience
